Job Description:

Task and Responsibility

• Counselling Students and parents about courses and Programs.

• Interacting with students and parents to solve queries and General Counselling.

• Responsible for understanding the students requirement & providing guidance accordingly. Counselling and converting enquiries into admissions and then to admission process to higher education.
  Dealing with students over the telephone or by e-mail in a polite but effective manner.
  To generate walk-ins within the campus 

• Coordinating with Marketing, Business Development and Communication team.

• Implementation of marketing & promotional strategies for organizational promotion and development.
  Support for all marketing events and campaigns 

• Regular updating of reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must be Graduate/ Post graduate , preferably with 0 – 2 years’ experience in Service Sales.

• Capable to handle enquiry over phone & in person

• Good communication and confident
